MEET SYLVIA & AFRICA
Sylvia Li is a California native in the tech industry and an out-of-state real estate investor. She focuses on the Tennessee market and currently owns a blend of long-term and mid-term rentals, with a portfolio of 11 units including single-family homes and small multis. Her goal is to build multiple businesses around real estate to help investors (and herself) make passive income.
Johnny and Africa, a REI wife-and-husband team, have 15 years of experience specializing in flipping houses, construction, interior design & project management, as well as converting commercial spaces into residences. In the last 10 years, they have flipped and managed over 40 properties in Oakland, Sacramento, and internationally.
